Customer care is our top priority! If you have any questions please contact us and we will do our utmost to answer them.
These are a few bits of information you may find helpful:
We request that everybody follows our play centre’s rules.
TotCity is a stay and play facility. We do not accept the responsibility for the supervision of your child/children while in the play centre.
We have a small area for pushchairs. However, keep your valuables with you as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. We have a shelf for handbags, so please do not leave them on the floor where kids can access them.
Infection control: please can children who have been ill within the last 48 hrs not visit the play centre.
Play time lasts a total of 80 minutes per session. If you join mid-session please be aware that you will need to depart when the session ends as we start cleaning and resetting the centre then.
TotCity cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your visit.
Tickets are non-refundable. 24 hours notice is required for session transfers.
Please report any accident or injury immediately to a staff member.
Totcity’s property is precious so please leave it with us.
Please help look after our resources. Please do not allow your children to do anything with the toys that you would not allow at home.
You can book the play centre for sole use for parties. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
Large group bookings can be made.
In the unfortunate event that you turn up mid session you are still able to join in the fun until the end of that session. We have allocated 30 min between sessions for staff to reset the play centre ready for the next session.
TotCity is open to anyone who loves dressing up and role play. However, the experience is aimed at toddlers through to children aged five.
Of course! We have a small soft area with sensory toys for very young children. We also provide high chairs and have baby change facilities onsite.
There is a small area to park a pushchair inside the play centre.
Light refreshments are available to purchase in our on-site cafe’s.
We do not refund tickets, but offer a transfer that can be rebooked within six months of cancellation. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your booked session so that we can to do a transfer to new date.
You do not have to pre-book online, however we recommend that you do. We have to limit the number of people in the play centre for health and safety reasons.
